Welcoming staff, beautiful fittings, and the breathtaking view from the bar over the Empire State Building truly made our stay memorable, topped off by the convenient location just 12 km from the airport.

Really loved the huge, comfy beds and the epic rooftop bar with views of the Empire State Building. Our room was surprisingly spacious for NYC, and those plush robes made me feel quite fancy!

But heavens, the elevators were slower than my neighbor's gossip! I could've knitted a sweater before getting to the lobby.

The rooftop bar offered amazing views, especially during the 4th of July fireworks! I loved the convenience of a la carte breakfasts that you can charge to your room. Always with a smile.

Just a proper fit for a date night in New York with excellent value for money. The room had a great city view that made the evening special. Be mindful of extra charges when using hotel facilities.

The location was exceptional, with easy access to shopping and iconic sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. However, the King Room was disappointingly cramped, lacking adequate space for luggage and personal items, which was especially challenging for a solo traveler. Limited bathroom counter space and dim lighting added to the discomfort.

i had a great stay at grayson! the king room with a city view was spacious for such a busy area. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and nearby eateries. I especially loved the service. the friendly staff made me feel welcome. breakfast was tasty too, especially the omelette!

Although the service at the hotel restaurant was lackluster, the overall experience was delightful thanks to the friendly staff and the hotel's unbeatable location near all the attractions.
